Legal services are essential operations, as are many services provided by our union clients. We recognize that many of our clients’ members work in critically important industries and services, including as first responders and in the media, public utilities, package delivery, government operations, and food and beverage production and delivery. Our office has remained open in order to continue to represent our clients as they navigate the difficult and complicated legal and health and safety issues in the current environment, while also continuing to serve their ongoing legal needs. The attorneys have conducted, and will continue to conduct, arbitrations, negotiations, mediations, trials and conferences on electronic platforms and through hybrid electronic/in-person formats as the situations require. We comply with all state and federal guidelines for public safety.
