COVID-19 Update

Like all Ohioans who must comply with the “Stay at Home Order” issued by the director of the Ohio Department of Health, and like all Americans who are concerned about the spread of COVID-19, we are taking steps to reduce risk and limit exposure.

However, the Order provides that legal services are essential operations, as are many services provided by our union clients. We recognize that many of our clients’ members work in critically important industries and services, including as first responders and in the media, public utilities, package delivery, government operations, and food and beverage production and delivery. In order to continue to represent our clients as they navigate the difficult and complicated legal and health and safety issues in the current environment, while also continuing to serve their ongoing legal needs, our office is remaining open. We are limiting our staff presence, and those who can work remotely will be doing so as much as possible.

The attorneys can be reached by calling the office at 937-461-5310 or their individual mobile phones and by e-mail.
